Birth Certificate

Copy of the child’s birth certificate for age verification.

Previous School Records

Leaving Certificate (LC) and latest report card, if applicable.

Passport-Size Photographs

Recent passport-size photographs of the child.

Aadhar Card Copies

Aadhar card copies of the child and both parents.

Address Proof

Valid residential address proof of parents or guardians.
